InstenOne is operated by INSTENTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. Our platform helps mobile and electronics retailers manage EMI device lock, UPI AutoPay collection, inventory, and WhatsApp automation.

Depending on how you use InstenOne, we may collect:

• Account data — name, business name, email, phone, role, and login credentials.
• Business data you upload — customer, device (IMEI), EMI, payment, inventory, and messaging records you enter into Lock, Collect, ERP, or Chat.
• Payment & billing data — subscription plan, invoices, and payment status (card/UPI details are processed by our payment partners, not stored in full on our servers).
• Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, app events, and approximate location for security and product improvement.

• Provide, operate, and secure the InstenOne platform and connected apps.
• Process subscriptions, support requests, and service communications.
• Improve product reliability, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
• Send transactional notices (e.g. billing, security alerts). Marketing emails are optional and can be opted out of.
• Comply with applicable law, including payment-system and data-protection requirements in India.

Retailer-uploaded customer, EMI, device, and financial data belongs to the retailer. We process it only to deliver the services you configure. Platform operators do not use retailer customer data for unrelated marketing.

We may share information with:

• Infrastructure, messaging, and payment processors needed to run the product.
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law.
• A successor entity in a merger or acquisition, under equivalent protections.

We do not sell personal data.

We retain account and business data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes, unless a longer period is required by law. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

You may access, update, or request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Retailers control their own customer records inside the product. Where applicable law grants additional rights, we will honor valid requests.

Our marketing site and app may use essential cookies for session and security, and optional analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of InstenOne after changes means you accept the revised policy.
